@bhanuka96 Wouldn't it make sense to join forces? I maintain and further develop my fork which I also publish on pub.dev and would love you doing PRs on my fork instead to keep a good healthy package for the community.

This original repo will not receive anymore attention by the author. I was in contact with him and he is not working with Flutter anymore and unfortunately I couldn't get access to this repo, ultimately. If he is around, he is around only barely. I'm grateful for his work and I respect him for having no time to keep up with the necessary changes, that why I choose to keep his donation link on my fork.
