run on heroku (not completely) #9

I made tabloro run on heroku properly. It's running at https://obscure-taiga-09486.herokuapp.com/ so please check. It seems signup isn't working so maybe it still needs more work.

I'm newbie to node and not sure my changes are legitimate, especially about Procfile.

Thanks, had to do some modifications for cedar-18 stack. But it helped me to get it running again on tabloro.com
