Enabling docker in VENFT APP Server.

  1. Enabled docker support on VENFT APP Server Project.
  2. Created docker file with necessary instructions. It also has some useful commands to
    1. Build image and instantiate an image into the container.
    2. Override appsettings in docker container and many more.
