After discussion with @antiquedogecoin we will create Dogeft as separated demo called VEBlazor.Demo.ArtApp

I will create this demo from actual VEBlazor.Demo.EventsAndTickets app which are styled to Dogeft now. This new demo will contains customized styles of theme.
