What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. check out ri from svn
2. mvn clean install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no source or javadoc jars!  Friendly mvn builds provide these.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest 0.1-SNAPSHOT source from trunk
