Hello @fzaninotto I tried to minimize the changes so that dependencyWheel.js works with D3 v4.

Related to #12

Hi, are you going to accept these changes. I need the updated dependencyWheel which supports d3 v4. if you have any other reference to use dependcywheel with d3 v4 please suggest.
