Dockerify screenshot as a service #78

Add Dockerfile to start screenshot-as-a-service in only one command with Docker. Inspired by #65 PR and the following Dockerfile: https://hub.docker.com/r/kpurdon/screenshot-as-a-service/

@fzaninotto if this PR is going to be merged, maybe you should push the associated image to your hub and update README to ease one step further the process.
