N++ plugin issue - Hotkeys do not work in new windows #316

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Notepad++ running zen coding plugin, test to make sure it works
2. Open a new document, right-click tab and "move to new instance"
3. CTRL+E and similar hotkeys no longer work, using drop down menu still 
functions however

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
npp version 5.9.6.2 (latest stable)
zen coding python plugin 0.7.0.1
