Paper fixes

Hi @JHoelli ,

here are some small fixes I propose to the paper within the frame of the review over at https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/5220 - none of them are related to the content/meaning but more structural. Have a look and see what you think.

Some other things I came across when looking at the paper and the repo:

• The Description/About section of the repo is still in German.
• For figure 1 of the paper: the lower panel ("Post-Hoc Explanations") is really hard to see/read, could you make it bigger? It seems you have quite some space left within the figure
• The sentence in line 52 "All implemented objects..." I found rather hard to parse. Maybe it would help to break it up a little?
• You print TSInterpret in machine font (TSInterpret), but not other package names or function names (e.g. "plot", "explain" etc). I was wondering if that is on purpose or if it might be beneficial to adapt the other ones.
