Add getting started section to joint-to-cartesian docs #148

Thank you @InigoMoreno! Additional documentation is highly welcome. The joint_to_cartesian_controller is a somewhat hidden feature of this controller suite. I eventually hope to implement that in ROS2 using the new controller chaining mechanisms.
