Build issues with CUDA 11.1 #117

This pull request addresses linker and precompiler issues when building for CUDA 11(.1).

Confirmed working under CUDA 11.2 as well.

@chucktator thank you for figuring out a fix for #119 - can you separate the required changes from the multi-sensor modifications please so it has a better chance of being merged? :-)

Sorry, my bad. Commit history should be clean now. I can only verify it as a partial fix for #119 though, since I'm still running 18.04.
