左侧链接错误 #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.php_manual_zh.chm这个手册 左侧的链接多了个 
"/home/iceweb/.cache/chmsee/bookshelf/8c4dfe0c9911747a0407ddc65887baa5/res/manua
l.html" 多了个res 点右边的目录就正常
2. 1.1版本的可以自动识别编码（主要没索引），1.3的不行 
还好可以自己选择编码 

系统是 ubuntu 10.10

1. 这个多余的 res 是写在 php manual 的 html 
文件里面的，解决方法只能是手动创建一个链接到 
8c4dfe0c9911747a0407ddc65887baa5 目录下面。

2. 在 1.3 
里面是有这个问题，看来还需要花些时间把这个弄清楚。

php_manual_zh.chm 
这个CHM文件在WIN下可以正常识别，现在手动创建了个链接 
也OK了！

发现个奇怪问题  昨天系统有问题 重新安装了 
今天重新编译1.3版的 发现那个多余的res没了 
CHM打开就正常的。反馈下！
