migration to gtkbuilder #15

gtkbuilder is introduced in gtk+2.0 2.12 (which is already in Ubuntu 8.04,
the LTS version)

the gtkbuilder in GTK+ 2.12 is still very poor (e.g. does not support image 
menu),
maybe gtkbuilder in GTK+ 2.16 will be acceptable. any way it is not suitable for
chmsee 1.1.0, move to next milestone.
