Need to improve the index usage #57

Chmsee is awesome!
But when there are a lot of index (such as more than 1000 index) in a chm
file, it'll difficult to find the right one.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On windows, the chm viewer will sort the index alphabetically, and provide
a textbox to allow users input some text to filter the index. IMO chmsee
users will feel convenient if chmsee also adopt these designs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chmsee 1.0.6, on Open Suse 11.2,

A patch for this provided by Mingxi Wu <mxwu@novell.com> has already merged 
into git
master.
