impl ignored for enums #1870

Describe the bug

It's nice to have access to some impl functions for enums from Dart but flutter_rust_bridge_codegen generate skips impl for enum.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a fresh project flutter_rust_bridge_codegen create frb_enum
  2. Add the next snippet to simple.rs
