Update to 1.20.4 #44

This PR updates the mod to 1.20.4.

Everything major seems to be working so far?

TODO:

[x] ~~Lootify LootConditionTypes + LootFunctionTypes (too tired to deal with codecs rn)~~
[x] ~~The logic for CatVariants / FrogVariants is a little... sketchy~~
[ ] ???

My master branch is already being prepared for 1.20.6, so I probably will create a new branch 1.20.4 for this port, and then utilize it for the port-port to 20.6 and 21. Is there anything left to do, or the nebulous ??? task can be ignored lol?

The ??? mostly referred to "anything I might not have considered / noticed is broken yet", but I don't think there's anything like that after having used my fork for a while.

Although, maybe recently added stuff like Decorated Pot and Trial Spawner loot tables should be accounted for at some point? (then again, maybe they already work...?)
