IEA prices references - which series has been used? #47

It is currently not clear which IEA CO2 price series the prices in the dataset are based on. Is it coal/oil/natural gas? In theory, there shouldn't be any difference across fuels because the price in LCU/tCO2 should be the same. If there is a difference, it's only due to emissions factors 'issues'.

Taken care of as part of reconfiguration of construction of dataset. Price data source now referenced in scheme raw .csv file.
