[x] CORBA implementation
[x] unicast messages to the sequencer
[x] gather result messages
[x] two identical results ( this can be the record ID or it can be the record itself TBA )
[ ] return "ERROR" or recordId to client
[x] Notify replica manager(s) of bad Replica when results mismatch
