Default to full-screen mode #201

In Google Reader there is a full screen keyboard shortcut (pressing "f"), but I 
always have to press "f" whenever I start Google Reader. Is there some way that 
you could work in an option so that full screen mode is always on?

Firing a custom keypress event on body should work.
