Deleted user-created module returns after Chrome restart #205

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Out of curiosity, I clicked on "New Module" on the dashboard. I am able to 
delete it by clicking the "Delete" button under the module. Upon close and 
restart of Chrome, the new module is still there.

Minimalist version   - 0.5.20
Relevant core module -
Chrome version       - 19.0.1049.3 dev-m
Operating System     - Windows 7
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - No
Other extensions     - Abine TACO 1.50, Adblock Plus (Beta) 1.2

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.
