Checkbox tools list breaks move-to dropdown #311

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When Minimalist is enabled, the Move button causes the label dropdown to appear 
as a paragraph of links rather than listitems.

Minimalist version   - 0.6.7
Relevant core module - GMail
Chrome version       - 27.0.1438.7 dev-m
Operating System     - Win 7 Ultimate
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - Yes
Other extensions     - A BUNCH

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

Please disable options one by one to figure out which option is at fault.

"Show checkbox tools list" checked causes the problem.
Unchecking it makes it behave properly.
