Upcoming label disappears when Now Playing updates

What postal code/address, search distance, and search date have you set Now
Playing to?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Now Playing
2. As it updates the text label for Upcoming disappears
3. Press Upcoming button and text label returns

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the text label to stay in place, it disappears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.5

Ya, it happened in 3.5 but hasn't happened for me with 3.7.
