I'm working on a TeamManager class, this ticket intended as a public list of advancement and suggestions.
It should:

Browse the PC using PC.lua
Pick the best team (IV/types/ability/nature) using data from Smogon
Include a BattleManager
Pick a pokemon that can learn the wished HM
Learn the best moves
Pick in priority the pokemons from a whitelist and tend to avoid the one from a blacklist
Learn moves from TM
Evolve pokemon by using the right item

I do not know if it also count 'special evolves' like Pikachu (Thunder stone) or Growlithe (Fire stone) (If we have enough money, it will buy it and evolve our Pokémon. [2.500$/ea - Celadon]

What would be the criteria to "learn the best moves" since different pokemon have different recommended move sets? Will we define a standard move set to every pokemon?

A Pokemon is learning a move:

if the move does not deal damages, do not learn it (the fighting AI is not yet ready for that). End.
pick the first smogon setup of the last evolution of the pokemon
check if the IV or EV to up are attack or attackSpe move, if none then check the type of the damaging moves
if the move does not match the attack mode the do not learn the move
learn a damaging move from the set in priority (erasing anything else)
learn a damaging move that beat the power of a previous one (including type scaling)
erase a move of the same type first, if there is already a better move of the same type, then do not learn the move

That should be enough to have a reliable team.
