If can't beat giovanni, back manually to cinnabar island and increase training level (Default is 72)

Tested and worked :+1: My team bot defeated Giovanni, tho I maybe there should be a more elegant fix to "manually" going to increase team level in case pokemon team can't beat Giovanni.

Level should be higher, as VolcanoBadgeQuest is higher than EarthBadgeQuest
