I'm not a programmer and English is not my first language, but I'll try to be clear. There is a community using an app called Vidi, it works like stremio, it is even compatible with its extensions, but it runs on tvOS and iOS. When I open a movie or show through Infuse (ios/tvos external player), the file name is changed to some random number, such as 1, 2, 0, etc. This change in file name causes issues when trying to search for subtitles on Infuse, as the app is unable to find the correct subtitles due to the altered file name. Additionally, the file's metadata is also lost.

See the photo, infuse always opens comet files with random names "1" "0" "7".

I believe it is a problem with the addon because in other addons such as torrentio and annatar this does not occur.

Totally agree with you on this! I've also experienced the same issue.

And yes, this issue doesn't occur with other addons like Torrentio... I do not know how but torrentio passes the name of the file in a right way to infuse.

I hope the the issue will be fixed

Basically now the external player wil get the Video file name as random number string. This new template from the Stremio- Jacket which work with Trakt now. Original he had the similar stream link template like you ( I also the one reported this issue with him)

This one is from torrentio which worked aswell ( IMO still the best option- the one I cover is a string which hav my API token for Real-Debrib)
