no audio out PulseAudio #120

Suse Tumbleweed. No audio. Tried Config-> Radio -> Audio -> Soundio backend PulseAudio and all other settings. Never a device shows in PavuControl. RF receiver clearly works fine wit Adalm Pluto. How to fix/debug?
