rigctl per TCP not working #188

Issue withdrawn. Thought that as rigctl transceiver model # 2 had to be used. But looking in the source code found that what is emulated is a Kenwood TS-2000, hence rigctl model number 2014. The use of model number 2 produces a timeout but not a sensible error message.

Although the TS-2000 should work, it is better to use the OpenHPSR-piHPSDR model, since I have adjusted time-outs etc. there.
