Migrate teamcity build pipeline to Azure Devops #1

Hi Wes, I have followed 3 or 4 courses on teamcity at pluralsight. I have a request to migrate a teamcity build pipeline and project to Azuire Devops on-prem. Are you aware of any tool/platform that allows this type of migration. I understand that teamcity does not provide yaml files for its builds, am I correct? Thanks for your help

I have not performed that type of migration
