La vista per tabella (filtrata) deve poter essere esportata in csv #14

I dati di quella vista sono questi, metterei una rotta tra le api che restituisce il csv al posto del json, tipo http://data.budget.g0v.it:8080/accounts/csv?q=personale

perche' non una soluzione come https://github.com/thatsus/vue-csv-downloader ? mi sembra che i dati comunque siano gia nel client, potremmo evitare un'altra richiesta al server

Anche perché in prospettiva potrebbero poter essere selezionate le singole entry. Non è una query sul DB ma un dump di quello che si vede.
