This is a problem is inherited from the LODMAP2D application that in turn is related to an incomplete implementation of Edge and Internet Explorer of the latest Javascript Specification that in turn prevents the rdlib.js library to work.
Microsoft is working on this problem, Next release of Edge will be based on chromium rendering engine that is supported by LODMAP2D and web-budget. For more info see: https://blogs.windows.com/msedgedev/2019/11/04/edge-chromium-release-candidate-get-ready/
So we will wait to the new Edge release, Browser non-compliant with latest javascript specification will not be supported.
