10 years ago f96353f contains exmotions handling. the results are basically ttsmotion entries (along with sponsors and reply link) reply link needs to be resolved to the corresponding response ttsmotions entry. the link will be an iframe with the second frame being the permalink to the answering entry, such as http://lis.ly.gov.tw/lgcgi/ttsweb?@0:0:1:lgmeetp!%28SN%3D17057%20AND%20CC%3D101%29@@
函復 contains the link to the ttsmotion entry (primary key is tts_id + tts_seq)
