use node-4.1 and es6 syntax #4

upgrade to node-4.1 (the latest node image that ironWorker provides) https://hub.docker.com/r/iron/images/tags/
use es6 syntax
use request/cheerio for data retrieving/parsing
lint with airbnb-base rules

@kaddopur Sorry I didn't notice your pull request, since blood information does no longer work for months, I also move this project from iron.io to aws lambda / serverless, also switch to cheerio btw.

please feel free to submit your pr for es6 part, thanks!

you want what? iron.io still a better solution than aws lambda for this project. I will revert my change and try to merge your pr.

no way... iron node image does not include git :(

so sad we can't use iron since it really sucks...
