Design a dashboard for bill

It's hard to find out what bills were proposed recently. It would be nice if we can design some kind of bill dashboard to show, for example, what's recently be proposed, the progress, and maybe some vote results.

A little bit research on api.ly, it looks like at least /v0/collections/sittings/ and /v0/collections/bills/ are needed (or probably merged into a new single entry) to draw ly-bill. But what entrypoint provides "即將舉行，還剩 1 天" and "一讀通過，2 天前"?

/sittings/:id/motions should have some important bill fields joined already. /bills/:id/motions has the history (and hopefully future schedules[1]) of the bill along with time. /ttsmotions has more detailed info about motion resolutions, but is about 3 weeks late.

[1] only available for YS sittings right now, bills scheduled for committees are not integrated yet

修法、臨時、公聽 這些 type 好像沒在 /sittings/:id/motions 裡面? 我還搞不太清楚整個結構

/motitons contains 修法 only right now, 公聽 is currently available as /calendar type=hearing, 臨時 is not imported yet.
