TWBLG: 標註＜文＞＜白＞兩音，分別給出錄音檔播放鈕。 #22

This is needed for http://moedict.tw/#!%E5%A4%95 which has two pronunciations.

(In general we need to treat <文><白> as heteronyms, since their meanings often differ.)

Also we need to include empty listing for alt pronunciation too:

「以蛇字為例白話音是tsuâ，但是文音是 siâ，這點在教育部的網站上查得到，但在萌典上沒有 siâ 的字條，不知道是不是因為這個字在教育部網站沒有自己的網址造成的？」
