Submit to ESH #4

Hi @g1velo,

Can you please submit this binding to ESH ?

So that it will become core bundle for ESH and can be used subsequently in Openhab as well.

Hello,
I had a few holidays then a few issues with my laptop. I have no idea about how to submit this to ESH, I can try to find how to ... I think that I have a few improvements to do to the code as it is still in a very early stage. Feel free to improve the current code !

Right now we are trying with XBee and it is discovering but finding issue to send command to END Device which is connected to XCTU from openhab app, will report it, after further investigation.

Regarding improvements, sure we will add. But we need to first make it upstream ie ESH. Post your improvements we can try to push to ESH.

kirantpatil , I have sent a new version which should allow to send commands to the Xbee device ( updating port in IOMode.DIGITALOUT.* mode ).

@kirantpatil please have a look at issue #6 , it should help you to send command to xbee device.
