Hello hello, I wanted to say I have been working on a similar project over at nteetor/golly. Someone just pointed me toward this project.

Perhaps there is a way we can combine forces? I look forward to hearing back from you.

Sorry for a delayed response. I got caught up prepping for rstudio conf. If the goal of g2inR is to group related work then I'm happy to move golly underneath. I am still unsure where developing golly will take the project.
