resume functionality? #83

Hey, I started running bedup awhile ago, and I need to reboot for a kernel upgrade. Can I safely kill bedup and then restart it, resuming from where it left off after it rescans the filesystem? Or would this have a potential to screw up the tracking metadata?

I think it should be safe. And if the tracking data is corrupted, you can just rescan. But maybe @g2p will weigh in
