rule change: Direct Free Kick #14

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

A direct free kick is awarded to the opposing team if a robot commits any of
the following four offences:

 * makes substantial contact with an opponent
 * holds an opponent
 * holds the ball deliberately (except for the goalkeeper within his own defence area)
 * is the second defending robot to simultaneously occupy the team's defence area in such a way to
substantially affect game play
 * *=>* tips over, breaks or drops parts on the field in a way that gives its team unfair advantage
A free kick is taken from where the offence occurred.

Formatting not supported in issues...

Last point is the new point:
=> tips over, breaks or drops parts on the field in a way that gives its team
unfair advantage

However, this is not really checkable...
