[Explosion] Create explosionElements with Veronoi regions #4

This is very useful for creating more variated explosion shapes. I don't see this useful for the player object but it will be useful for making ennemy bosses explode especially if their shapes are not rectangular. https://github.com/hiulit/Godot-3-2D-Destructible-Objects/issues/1
