I did more experiments, discovered I can't render an Eevee motion blur render with Filmic color settings - as it always defaults to Standard RGB color spaces.
I also tried to find a good grey RGB balance to compare gamma levels pixel by pixel. I can't get similar results.
Issue
When I render normally with Filmic, I have one colour range and contrast - where gamma is set.
When I render with Eevee Motion Blur addon, I have to set the gamma again and the results are clearly not on par with the color management set by Blender.
Question
It seems Gamma is set twice? When and why should I be tuning this? Why is the gamma value default 0.45?
