Parsing error on attempted install #122

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installing phone side of the app
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
parsing error message

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.
1.22.605.2 cl161494

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
no firewall

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?yes

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
yes

Please provide any additional information below.

App downloads but Parsing error 
Tried both of the Chrome to Phone Extension (Android App) v1.1 [Old link] 
(which was updated today) & the Chrome to Phone Extension (Android App) v1.1 
link which was updated the 13th.

Carrier= Sprint
Model= Hero
Build= 2.27.651.6 CL 169236
WiFi & network (tried both) No firewall
Gmail & Talk functioning properly.

trying to live on the bleeding edge

Version 1.2 won't install on my Droid X: "There is a problem parsing the

I am getting the same issue.  I can not install it on my Droid X either.

Carrier =  Verizon
Model = Droid X
Build = VZW
Kernal Version = 2.6.29
Firmware = 2.1-update1
It happens on both WiFi and 3G.
Gmail Works
Talk Works as well

I realized that my parsing error was because C2P is 2.2 or better....my
bad......

I realized that my parsing error was because C2P is 2.2 or better....my

I realized I needed 2.2 as well. Luckily Evo is upgrading by Aug 1st - news 
leaked today.

I was using JR Rummy 5.09 I believe.....went to BB v0.4 with no problems,
works perfectly.

When the app is in Market, only 2.2 phones will get it and hence less confusion.
