Chrome to Phone Extension Missing from Extension Page

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Got to Chrome Extension Page
2. Search for Chrome to Phone
3. Stare at screens for a while.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the extension for Chrome (since it was telling me I had to 
upgrade to a new version).

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ?
Froyo - FRF84B

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
Wifi, but this isn't about my phone.

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes, but again...  not an issue with my phone.

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
Yes, see above though.

do you mean your local page of installed Chrome extensions, or the Chrome 
extensions site where all other Chrome extensions are published?
ChromeToPhone is still in development and hasn't been published to either the 
Chrome or Android marketplace just yet, however it will be very soon.

The overall Chrome extensions page (where it tells me to go for the extension). 
 I was able to find it under the "downloads" tab, here.

If it's unofficial and not released...  then I guess there is no issue.  Just 
temporarily a bit confusing.

My (personal) extension page in chrome is accurate and shows the extension now.
