Even while being logged in and clicking on chrometophone icon attached error message received #76

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to google.
2. Open any URL and click chrometophone.
3. Attached error msg received that I am not logged in while I am logged in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error message should appear when logged in.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
yes

Please provide any additional information below.

Please try installing the old extension. What happens when you click on login?

I get this error too. I'm logged in, yet I get an "error sending to phone."  To 
fix it, I have to log out, refresh the page I want to sent, click on the icon, 
log back in, and then resent the page.

It's like Chrome to Phone only remembers that you're logged in for a very short 
period of time, then loses it's credentials, but never updates the extension 
that you have to login again.

I've had similar issues. I clicked to send a link which completed successfully. 
About 5 minutes later, I click to send a different link. Chrome to Phone 
informs me that I must be signed in to do that. I re-sign in and resend the 
link successfully. This happens occasionally and I'm not able to determine the 
cause.

I'm using Chrome to Phone 1.0 and Chrome v6.0.472.41.

I have this problem too.  burke.davey, where can I get the old extension to try?
