Polys gone or partially painted when scrolling down and paning

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll down
2. Pane to some place in the map where there's no polygon.
3. Come back to the original place. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the polys. Instead polygons are either gone or partially 
painted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Goole maps api v3. SVN polygonzo version. Google Chrome on windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
The error even  happens  in the demo (US states) provided in this page.

I gues it has to do with canvas size.....

My apology for the very slow reply! I'm working on some PolyGonzo updates now 
and will fix this. It used to work in an older version, so I must have broken 
it somewhere along the way.
