Layer with qgis layer id too long broke the project uploading

Subject of the issue

The uploading of a QGIS project with layer id (or title or layer name) length more long tan 255 characters fails. I.e.:

QGIS layer id: Frane_puntuali_Frane_lineari_Frane_superficiali_lineari_Elementi_morfologici___Puntuali_Elementi_morfologici___Lineari_Elementi_morfologici___Poligonali_Frane_superficiali_poligonali_Frane_areali_Ambiti_di_rilevamento_IFFI_64f299f8_70b9_402a_8b0c_6dcafb39a0da

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a ne QGIS project with a lyer from a WMS service and load as unique layer more than one layers of the services.
2. Try to upload it on G3W-ADMIN
