Layer Feature Count is not refreshed #886

Subject of the issue

The feature count of a layers in the TOC is not refreshed after the reload of the page (F5).

If an element of the layer is deleted by 'editing', after reloading the page the feature count of a layer does not change.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make editing on a layer, delete a feature.
  2. Reload the page (CTRL + F5).
  3. Check feature count of the layer in the TOC is not changed.
