Name layer on editing form

Subject of the issue

In this case I have data on DB Spatialite

In the individual editing forms the name of the layer is not shown but that of the Spatialite DB

Steps to reproduce

1. Active Edting

Environment

• g3w-admin: 3.7.3
• g3w-client: 3.7.x
• browser: firefox
• operating system: name and version (desktop or mobile)
