I think it should be reimported.

Silly idea. Leave it it as it is. It has different behaviour on Windows and Linux and that isn't acceptable.

i've think that could use the best from 2 worlds. on windows it rotate by daemon itself and on linux logrotate take the job.

anyway, i've update this pr, can you please review the rest?
