If the [Voice] section of M17Gateway.ini is not present, M17Gateway exits silently (i.e. with no log entry indicating why). Need a log entry to guide the user as to why M17Gateway didn't startup properly/unexpectedly shutdown on startup. The symptom is M17Gateway stops running after it loads the M17 hosts lists.
A log entry indicating that an essential part of the configuration is missing would be helpful, especially for those upgrading from non voice enabled versions of M17Gateway, where the [Voice] configuration wasn't present.
