Hello everyone, these days tried to configure the sending of GPS data on BM by following the attached guide. By sending the data manually via the button configured on the radio, sending fails. Asking for info you have sysop of the BM server on which am connected have been told that the packages arriving from me give "invalid CRC-9 checksun". For those who understand us more than attach the log files that receive mmdvmhost from my radio, if it can help.

I succesfully did GPS with Data Bearer Service (Conventional / Digital Common / Basic) set to 'Hytera Defined Data'

MMDMV log showed something like GPS position [xx.xxxxxx,y.yyyyyy] (Position error not known)

Hi! I tried to select "hytera defined data" that "compressed IP" and the sending of data fails. Insisting, once in a while it is successful. If you change the configuration by deselecting "button" on General setting-> Accessories-> GPS Trigger and selecting "timer" or "distance" the beacon gps are sent correctly both with "Hytera defied data" and "compressed IP". What I wanted to understand is if with GPS Trigger set to "button" there could be a management problem on the tuning of the data blocks received on MMDVMHost, since on repeaters hytera and motorola works perfectly.

Hi, I can also report that MMDVMHost is struggling with the GPS decoding from Hytera radios. If using a Hytera repeater the positioning is spot-on, but when using my MMDVM repeater only a few position reports end up on aprs.fi. Both repeaters is using the 242 brandmeister server.
